Join us for an inclusive adaptive yoga series designed to support emotional balance, body awareness, and authentic self-expression for teens and adults. Each week, we’ll explore gentle movement, engaging breathwork, and low-pressure social activities through joyful themes, fun props, and collaborative games that spark connection and creativity.

This class is intentionally structured to foster confidence, communication, and a sense of calm, while celebrating each participant’s unique way of moving and being. Whether you're new to yoga or a returning mover, this welcoming space is perfect for practicing regulation strategies, building friendships, and enjoying movement in a way that feels empowering and fun.

No yoga experience needed, just wear comfy clothes, bring water, and a willingness to move and connect!
