Winter Wonderland Family Yoga

Ages: Geared toward children ages 3–12 and their parents, caregivers, or siblings.
Rate: $40 per family (includes 2 participants; additional family members may be added at checkout).

Step into a Winter Wonderland with us!
This playful, cozy family yoga class is designed to help families move, breathe, and connect through gentle poses, snowy-themed mindfulness, and fun collaborative activities. We’ll explore calming breathwork, imaginative movement, and connection-building games that support regulation, communication, confidence, and joy.

Families are encouraged to bring a favorite cozy blanket or stuffed friend to make the experience extra warm and comforting.

Our inclusive class welcomes all abilities and celebrates every family’s unique rhythm while nurturing creativity, emotional well-being, and connection.

No prior yoga experience needed!

What to Bring:
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothes to move in
• A cozy blanket or stuffed friend (optional, but encouraged!)
