Celebrate the season with a joyful, festive family yoga experience! This playful and inclusive class is designed to help families connect, move, and breathe together through gentle poses, mindful movement, and holiday-themed activities that spark imagination and fun.
Throughout this session, families will explore playful breathwork, collaborative games, and creative movement that support communication, social skills, self-regulation, and emotional connection, all while building balance, coordination, and body awareness.
Our welcoming environment embraces all abilities and encourages confidence, creativity, and togetherness. Feel free to wear your favorite festive attire to add a little extra holiday cheer! ✨❤️

Just bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to stretch, play, and unwind as a family.
Each $40 ticket reserves one family’s spot (includes up to 2 participants).
