L.I.F.E.- Adaptive Yoga (Teens/ Adults) Grades 9th +UP

Mondays 3:45–4:45 PM | $28 per session
Location: Lauren’s Institute, 1305 S. Gilbert Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85296
Setting: All sessions will be held outdoors near the basketball court or on the grass area at L.I.F.E. school property.

This class is intentionally designed to help teens and adults build body awareness, mindfulness, and emotional regulation skills, while fostering social connection and communication with peers. Each week, participants will:

  • Explore gentle yet purposeful poses and flowing sequences to develop strength, balance, and coordination

  • Practice breathwork and calming strategies to support emotional regulation and focus

  • Engage in low-pressure social activities through partner and group work to encourage connection, teamwork, and communication

  • Experience creative themes and props to spark curiosity, engagement, and enjoyment

No prior yoga experience is needed! Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. A parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of the session per L.I.F.E. school policy. Each class introduces new opportunities to deepen regulation skills, connect with your body, and build friendships.

Please select the number of tickets to match the total participants. You will then be able to choose your preferred session dates.
