Ages: Geared toward children ages 3–12 and their parents, caregivers, or siblings.
Rate: $40 per family (includes 2 participants; additional family members may be added at checkout)
Begin the New Year with a joyful, playful family yoga experience! This inclusive class is designed to help families connect, move, and breathe together through gentle poses, mindful movement, and New Year–themed activities that spark imagination, fun, and fresh energy for the year ahead.
Throughout the session, families will explore playful breathwork, collaborative games, and creative movement that support communication, social skills, self-regulation, and emotional connection, all while building balance, coordination, and body awareness.
Our welcoming environment embraces all abilities and encourages confidence, creativity, and togetherness as we welcome a fresh start. Feel free to wear your favorite New Year colors or a little sparkle to celebrate!
No yoga experience needed.
Just bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to stretch, play, and unwind as a family.
Each $40 ticket reserves one family’s spot (includes up to 2 participants).
