Festive Family Yoga & Mindful Movement for All

Ages: Geared toward children ages 3–12 and their parents, caregivers, or siblings.
Rate: $40 per family (includes 2 participants; additional family members may be added at checkout).

Celebrate the season with a playful, festive family yoga class designed to help families move, breathe, and connect together. This interactive session blends gentle poses, mindful movement, and playful breathwork with joyful holiday-themed games and collaborative activities that support regulation, communication, connection, and fun.

Our inclusive class welcomes all abilities and encourages creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being all while celebrating every family’s unique rhythm.

Feel free to wear your favorite festive attire to add a little extra sparkle to the morning!

No prior yoga experience needed!
