New Year Family Flow & Play

Ages: Geared toward children ages 3–12 and their parents, caregivers, or siblings.
Rate: $40 per family (includes 2 participants; additional family members may be added at checkout).

Start the new year with a joyful family yoga class designed to help families move, breathe, and reconnect. This interactive session blends gentle poses, mindful movement, and playful breathwork with New Year–themed games and collaborative activities that support regulation, communication, connection, and fun.
